Want harassment then Go for Tikona. World No.1 Worst Company and Pathetic customer service.
If you are looking for broadband in anywhere in world never even think about Tikona. They are big cheaters. They will take the money from you and then they will never install the connection and never refund money.I paid Rs.1100 on 27th Dec 2011 but still I am stugling for refund our money and no one listens to me. Their call center is pathetic, Sales person does not pick up the call.
I would say PLEASE dont make the mistake I did, don’t go for this unprofessional people company who is just interested in your money & zero efforts are taken in providing the service.
