These people are so pathetic that while talking to them they cut my call in between and connecting to an agent takes atleast 20 mins who will keep you on hold every minute to conform and the person who installed the connection threw the dirty black wires around the reception area of my posh 5 star office and 2 months have gone by my connection has not started yet and my office is now a place where no work can be done as i need internet.
I have filed a damages suite in court consumer redressal forum as it just takes 200 rupess to file a case or just a legal notice for free by email or postthey will come whining and give me compensation to prevent me from to sue them which will cost them alot and for me bieng an advocate it is not a big thing i have seen big companies scared by a legal notice and give the customer what he deserves
