Following are the issues with them in Baner, Pune
1) **Poor network**. Network gets disconnected every day
2) **Poor speed**: I opted for 4MB plan. the speed I experienced was around 125KB
3) **Worst customer service**: you have to wait for almost 15/20 mins in queue to get you call connected to service representative. Person will fix the issue which might reappear next day.
4) They charge the money in advance, so you will definitely loose money for the internet which you have not used
5) Even after disconnection, they will keep on sending you bills
