I am using it for two months , and its like daily. I am calling these guys to fix some or the other problem. And I might have used it hardly .. every time it refuses to connect. I have been lodging complaint from 15 days stating the network problem..
*but I did not get any resolution …*
There should be a disclaimer "Don't ever use Tikona in your life"
Lots of money , energy and time will be wasted for sure if you go with this product
