I had used tikona for almost 4 years.i have a very bad experiece with tikona wibro services.they are still using out dated gadgets and even they are not increasing the power stations in any area according to the consumers appropriately.there is only one power station and a number of users which leads to generation of heavy traffic reducing the speed.The customer care executives are not so co-operative but instead they will first ask you to pay the outstandings then only they will assign an enginner to your house that too not only on the first call but you will have to call atleast 8-10 times. the worst problem on calling the customer care is we have to wait for atleast 15 minutes as there customer care executives are busy with other customers.i am now no more a victim of tikona.i changed my isp.
