When I take the connection from the Tikona sales person. that sales person commit that you will get 2 months free service & you don't have to pay the connection charges. After that he ask for 500 rupees for connection. Then after a month they send me bill of 1000 rupees. After that the person from customer care called me to pay 611 rupees. I told him all the concern to him then he told me to talk with Senior person. I spoke that senior person also later she told me that she will give me 500 waved off on 611 & I have to pay on 111 rupees. I agreed to pay that so she told she will mailed me the payment link of 111 rupees. Almost a month passed no link no mail from there & keep calling me for the payment of 611 rupees. I told him the same thing of waiver amount he told me that he will get back. After a month the person called me his name Jitendra Solanki saying I'm advocate & your non payment file here I again explain him the complete concern but after he speaks so arrogantly & saying you have to pay in half an hour else you have to visit the Court. Then he disconnected the call. So my suggestion is don't go for the Tikona service.
