One of the worst service in lucknow I have ever used of internet.engineers are totally chxxxxx speed comes in 20-25 kb while my plan is of 4 mbps.
Fully frustated.its better to use net by hotspot than tikona when evr I contact customer care they said sir ho jayega aaj karta hun kal ho jayega sab k sab chxxxx hai ek taraf se isse accha to mobile se chalo bhai kam se kam paisa to bachega aur speed to maha kharab aati hai even they dont know the meaning of mbps
