I am using tikona wi bro since last six month and can say that this is the worst service I ever used.If you will take tikona connection it will work fine for couple of days. After day two or three you will get the correct result.Connection will never work when you need it.If there is nano station installed you have to try and try to connect.Download and upload speed is very poor.
Regarding customer service...They people never bother if your connection doesn't work. After calling on their toll free number customer care executive will tell you that you will get complain number after few minutes with service agent details.But that few minutes will never come.After installation my all device stopped working.I called customer care more that 10 time to get the problem rectified.But all in vain. My building is totally wi fied. One can use internet any where in the building but if it works.It never works when I really need it.
After some time adaptor of my relative's nano station burned, It's about more than a month and after many complaints adaptor has not been changed.
I can say that this is a very good service(technically) but if dealt and taken care like a professional ISP.
Company is full of irresponsible guys.
But over all I will never recommend tikona to any one.Its better to take data card rather than tikona.
