I have 4 MBPS tikona connection, however I believe Tikona should stop and shut down there company. 20 days a month they face network issue and net wont work. Every time they have only 1 answer, it will take upto 24 hours to fix the issue. Speed is another worst part of there services.
If we talk about support and services, never ever call tikona customer service and they going to suck you. Worst, Pathetic, most unreliable services in India by Tikona. I have cancelled my connection and also will suggest every one to do so.
