I used tikona service almost 4 months. Tikona employees said that you have charged 2004 ruppes for installation and three months charge without wifi router. I used three monhts then 1 bill comes to my email that you have been charge 484 rupees of last months. When I called tikona service center regarding bill payment then company says that you have to make payment of 484, then employees tell me that company gave you first two monts free. And the second problem is speed of internet.
