God, I am cursing the moment I'd agreed to take Tikona broadband connection.


That stupid executive named Manish said he will take care of everything if any issue comes up in future.but that himself has left Tikona.


The issue is I changed my home, and the enw place is not covered by tikona. So I requested for connection disconnect. mailed to Mr S Nair, got auto generated acknowledgement that in 2 days(48 hours) my query will be responded.no calls for more than 5 days did not hear anything.called up again tikona customer care.got a ref no that is 1#2399861916 and someone recovered tikona installation equipments.(mr ghanshaum mobile no 9654415548).and


Today I get a bill again. talked to Ghanshyam.he said "Aisa nahi hona chahiye tha bill nahi aana chahiye tha aapka.".


I have again written to tikona care.if they dont wake up, would  take legal actions immediately. I dont care how much I would need to spend on this. I'd make sure they are punished for this harrasment.
