Tikona Broadband is worst internet experience ever, It started will frequent Dis-connection and ever after several time calling to Customer care they won't able to fix it, Cleverly they took 3000 Rs as Advance and with in a month I was frustrated with frequent DC and ever time it took 1 working day to start Internet with again.
Frequent DC problem I asked them to Disconnect permanently I don't want your service but they said you have to take this service for 2 months more, there is no refund policy so u will get Zero(Rs.0) if you want to permanently disconnection.
