Worst ISP Provider. Review on Tikona WiBro

Hi guys, I have the worst experience with tikona broadband. I was using tikona broadband when was in Chennai.

Initially When I called them for the demo they were responsive like they came to show the demo and even during the time of activation.

They installed the wireless device on the terrace and also the net connection was good. After that I started getting connection problems and when I used to call them for solving the issue , the customer service people were not giving any proper attention.

After that I was shifting back to Mumbai I called them one month in advance for the disconnection. But I didn't get any response from their technical persons till the last day when I was about to leave the city.

Finally they closed my net account. Even after that I got the bill for the next month. I didn't pay them the bill as I had not used the net.

After a year I get  a mail from them saying hat you haven't paid bill for two months and even I haven't submitted the WiFi device they installed on the terrace.

All the devices were taken by their technical engineers before me leaving Chennai. In the mail they said that I have to pay 1500 rs for the device.

I mailed them telling that I am not paying the cost of devices as I returned them. Since that I haven't heard from them.

So guys, this is a warning message for you guys AVOID TIKONA seriously. There are lots of other ISP's you can rely on. Thanks guys for reading my review.
