Fraud company which will harrase you. Review on Ticketgenie

I have a very bad experience which I want to narrate step wise.they are fraud company which play with your emotions and take your money.icici bank is gang member who will tie up with them and will try to steal money.

1)on 15th april I tried to purchase ipl ticket from ticket genie .Transaction failed2)Complained citibank and ticketgenie.3)citibank reverted back my money temoprarily and told me that if ticketgenie will come and claim the money then they will deduct money and advice me to register complain there which I did already so I was assured that thing got resolved.3)10th may ticket genie claimed the money from my bank (citibank) despite I have complained to them.4)i asked them they said they have transferred the money on 11th may.but I didnt receive money.5)then they given me fake transaction number and icici bank which is handeling ticket genie online transaction.they too given me some fake number to ask from my bank.6)i send them citibank official letter in that they mentioned nothing has been transferred into my account.7)they promise me to send cheque,but they didnt done.8)again after complaining they said within 3 days it will get transfer,nothing happened.9)they block my email and now they are not listening anything.

Worst thing is that I was hurt with icici bank and its executive DEEPAK AR Territory Head E-Commerce South.he himself took up thing and he assured me but now he is another person to join there gang to make me fool.he send 2 or 3 email with lot of promise and then he blocked email and everything.Please never buy a single thing from ticket genie as they are robberer and they will steal your money after troubling you alot.i dont know how they manage to get the right from ipl team but yes they didnt saw this company fradulant thing and becouse of this common people is getting cheated and suffering is huge
