They seem to have outsourced most of their tests to local labs and you are left to fend with them for your reports. Most of which are not accepted by many doctors. It maybe cheaper but in my opinion an absolute waste of money. You call their call center for help and they will always say they are our channel partners hence we cannot do anything.
