1) Very unprofessional approach, negative value for money, complete waste of time and money.
2) We opted for 8 day Andaman tour through Thrillophilia and faced following:
a) Bartang tour scheduled on Monday without anyone noticing that Monday is scheduled closure for maintenance.
b) We were told multiple lies on Sunday evening from 8pm onwards and were offered bird watching, scuba diving with infant as compensation for mistake in scheduling baratang tour.
c) Hotel options are pathetic. We opted for Royal category and paid premium in off season, but photo attached is self explanatory. Royal category of Thrillophilia can be compared to road side avg, hotel.
d) There was very less clarity to ground staff attending us. They were not even aware of complete itenary, whether money paid or not.
3) Bunch of lies and unprofessional behaviour and spoiled our holiday badly.
4) They will charge appx double rate of actual cost for optional activities. Moreover, arrangement was pathetic inspite of charging double.
5) Poor cooperation in case of cancellation of ships due to bad weather.
