We have booked and paid advance of more than 50% of tour cost for "Ëurope for All " for forthcoming tour in May 2016 for four persons. The office becomes non-responsive for our enquiry. They did not give us also receipt of Rs. 50, 000/ each in any form. They think that we are to fall their feet to get the tour complete. No response to our mail. No information of status. No reference for our payment and no interaction.
We are afraid that what the other people comments about this Thomas Cook is true.
Happier could be if we had chosen for SOTC!
