I requested for Forex Delivery from Thomas Cook. Had made the complete payment. A guy DharamRajan called up and asked me for passport copy and tickets. He mentioned the branches and asked which is the closest. He also mentioned that I need to be there to collect the forex.
As it was a working day I chose to collect from office. He asked me to send the office address in email. On next day I sent the details but got to know from my husband we need not be in person for collecting the forex as he had ordered through Thomas Cook and got it delivered in his absence. Someone at home collected it.
Even after 2 days there was no news on my forex. When I called up on my travel date for follow-up he realised he hadn't processed it and started doing. Even then there was no movement till I yelled at him and forced him to stay online till I receive a call from delivery center of forex. I can't believe the negligence of Thomas Cook.
I am yet to receive my Forex. I would recommend to watch out in future with this.
