Our Europe Tour had a very bad tour manager by name Rayoman Dharuwalla. He was more a disciplinarian than as a guide. Totally unhelpful attitude and at one stage he claimed that he is paid by the company and not by customers!  In these days of service orientation and competitive arena, here is a person who is different.


Even the company is least bothered about the service. They provide no lunch to tourists who do not enroll for the optional programs. They bluntly say the tourists have to manage themselves. No spot guidance. No clarity. No respect or empathy to elderly. No help to the needy. No sympathy. Total absence of humanitarian approach.  Two complaints were sent to the company, but no response. Hence this review.
