We booked Asian delight through Jaynagar 4th block, Banglore.We booked trip One& half month before deparature, all things were covered xactly as per trip.Mr Shardool ws the coordinator for both countries.He helped and took care of all 47 ppl in the trip very well, there ws a woman who ws more than 85 yrs came alone for trip, he took care of her very well.He guided as very well, explained things very clearly. My mom ws 67 yrs, so food, stay, tourists spots were soo comfotable, I thank Shardool for his wonderful service, I thank Thomas cook n Shardool for making our 1st intl trip as a great trip for life time. Malaysian local guide Noor ws soo friendly n professional, she expliained all the details very clearly.David our Singapore guide ws good, I felt he ws less interactive but he took care of all the itinerary very well in Singapore.He managed time n arranged bus, took care of tickets very well.
