One of the worst and crook company, I came across in my lifetime. I joined the group from London for Canada tour during June 12. At the time of booking, we are treated like king but when we have made full payment they become raavan. Incapable manager. In-organized tour program. Wait for hours outside CN tower like beggars and no response from the manager, in spite of constant calling and the day is lost without sightseeing.
When called Bombay office repeatedly , the manager at last narrates a big story, which is irrelevant to the main complaint and not ready to compensate whatsoever. Bombay office manager knows that in such a vast populated country, there are many fools waiting in a queue to be cheated like this, thus showing profit to the company and ultimately getting their promotion. Customer is a king in UK and get immediate response if they do not fulfil their obligations.
All the managers over there are fat cat, cheaters, not trustworthy and know that nothing will happen to their position in such a corrupted country.
