My wife and I took the senior citizen holiday offer at Thomas cook. We decided to go to Kerala. I called up the Thomas cook office and their relationship manager told me to come to their office.

The person’s name was Suraj and he was kind enough to help me plan my itinerary for the trip. Since I and my wife both have knee problems, we didn’t want a very tiring trip and wanted something that included less traveling. We just wanted to relax and enjoy the backwaters. So, Suraj helped us plan the trip according.

Our tour covered Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady, and Kumarakom. The Thomas cook people had arranged everything perfectly. We had good hotels booked and the service at all the hotels was excellent. Especially our hotel view at Thekkedy was beautiful. The sunset cruise at Vembanad Lake was the highlight of our trip. I recommend Thomas cook to all first-time travelers.
