The speed is fine till it works, the moment it goes down your nightmares begin. The customer care execs. are not trained, they have a list of 4-5 execuses which they will repeat no matter what you say. My calls have even been disconnected during the conversation when they had no response to my queries. The connection goes down for days and days and all you can do is keep following up on their phone no. the kind of service they have will ensure you give up soon as they simply dont provide any reasonable response to your queries. For eg. My internet was down for 3 days, on the 3rd day after calling their customer care numerous times I managed to get the phone no. of their technician who was supposed to visit my place 3 days back, this phone. is never switched on.
Stay away from this organization.
