Enquired from their helpline 180030009991 about the Top End model(Lenovo P series Thinkpad worth close to Rs 2Lacs - it has 64GB RAM+ 512GB SSD+ 1TB HDD). To my surprise, rather than them chasing me, I kept chasing them. Finally, I placed the order on 7th Oct(Oder number 20160710A). To my surprise, I got no response from them for 4 days and when I called the Mumbai number given in the mail(02240174621) but they had absolutely no clue. 4 mails and 5 calls later, they still want more time to respond - every time they say that someone will call me but no one ever calls. Finally, they said they are dispatching my machine but without the additional SATA drive as they do not have the stock! I wounder why did they take the order then? They say that it will take 5-7 days for corier to reach me from Bengaluru to Delhi - not sure if they send it by passenger train or what.In a nutshell, I had absolutely horrible experience and I advise everyone to stay away from Lenovo - it has become a truly CHEAP CHINESE company.
