Well this is the email I wrote to the Sudipto Ghosh(India Services Executive Director)! Waiting for HIS response!
Hi Sudipto Ghosh!
Good afternoon! Hope you have awake this Monday and Doing something productive unlike the DO store!
Are you aware you are selling Lenovo ?products through NSDL(The Do Store)?
Oh yes you must have somehow! ?Do you know how efficient or pathetic the service? they provide?
Oh No! You have better things to look after!
My product Order Number #100068478 was ordered last Wednesday and Since Thursday morning it is Ready to Ship status! Monday 1445 Hrs still showing ready to ship!
After talking to the executive I got to know that address PINCODE they do not service and NO body called me up to tell me that, I got to know when I called up after waiting on hold for 5 good mins! However while booking the product the I did check that the product was ship-able to the pincode.
After writing two emails nobody bothered to acknowledge, I had to call up again! When I said I want to cancel the order and asked in how many days money will be refunded I was told in 5-8 days! WoW rather WTF!?Sudipto what made you guys decide to do eCommerce(Online Business)? Do you know how things are done in this domain?
Task for you today Mr. Sudipto, get my phone delivered ASAP! Lemme see if you have any hold on this business forget about customer service skills.
