Scam: Week subscription. Review on The Week

I subscribed to "The Week" magazine from malayala manorama for 3 years. The magazine was decent and kept my father busy:).

My trouble started about 4 months back, we shifted the house and I wrote to week through snail mail and also through email to update the mailing address. Anyone would have thought this is a simple enough thing.

But this has given me lots of heart burn. After I sent this mail, I stopped getting the magazine in my old address or the new address. I complained atleast 4 times to customer support to malayala manorama and I have not received a single reply till now. Its 4 months now.

I feel cheated and frustrated. I am trying to find ways to complain to some authority that I got cheated by these guys, I still have another 1.5 years of subscription left. Even if I have to spend more than I paid for subcription, I would not let this go away. I would suggest to everyone, please do not subscribe to The Week, they are a bunch of cheaters.
