Things can not be worse than this. I had sent very critical document to Ahmedabad from Delhi on 8th August'15 which was supposed to reach latest by 15th August'15 1-00 PM..
And there was enough time to deliver. Unfortunately there was no update in their tracker after 10th Aug which stated "Despatched to Ahmedabad-Meghaninagar".
I called to the local office several times, they were very unprofessional, on insisting I was simply told it was delivered but then when I asked why it was not updated till date(Aug'21) in the internet there was no answer.
I sent mails to their customer care email addresses one of which responded and asked me the destination address for easier tracking, but then they also went silent without confirmation.Now you do not need to be a supar human to understand the document was simply lost!
Shame on them.
