A package that was supposed to reach me from Mumbai last week has still not reached me. I tried calling the numbers listed on the website, I get a message saying the numbers aren't active anymore. I managed to get through to one number finally, only to speak with someone who passed the buck to another, who again passes the buck to another. I could hear them chatter among one another other saying, 'you deal with it. No, you deal with it' . It has reached my neighborhood, but still not my address. This is by far the most unprofessional courier service I have come across.
