KLM1144551 consignment was sent to Hyderabad from Kollam and it is in hold without sending it to my residence. The courier office is 2kms away. This is a clear message stating that if you want the parcel you need to visit our office and collect it. This is very shady and missuse of our parcel which is unprofessional.
