As per the tracking of Professional courier, my consignment reached their Pune office on July 04, 2013 and they delivered it to my house on July 08, 2013, that too after many phone calls and complaining through their website.
Because of the delay, I lost nearly Rs.35000/-
I sincerely advice not to use Professional courier if you need to get the courier on time.
