I purchased some materials from Ebay and asked them to send it through Professional Courier without knowing the grim situation I would be in.
Ebay did a neat job by shipping the material on the 6th of April and provided me the Tracking number.
I have attached the screen shot taken just now, which shows the material is still in Transit. I am working abroad and by sheer coincidence I sent one courier through Fedex from Saudi Arabia to my bank in Koyilandi -calicut-Kerala the same day and it was received within 4 working days. But professional courier could not deliver the material which needs to cover a very short distance even after 2 weeks time.
I sent a mail to their customer care and concerned office but no reply.
My airway bill number is DEL109456708
This should be a lesson learn to all of you who are planning to use Professional Courier for their transactions.
Concerned Government offices should take appropriate action to dismantle these kind of organization which cause inconveniences to the common man.
