They promised to deliver a letter from Chennai to Noida within three days. It took more than ten days to deliver the letter. My repeated calls to their Noida office were never picked up. The Chennai guys at least picked up the calls, listened to the complaint. However, they never did anything and never called back.
Very lousy, unprofessional service. I would never use them again. I strongly recommend that this company should be delicensed.
