We have booked a sample to kolkatta where a delegate from Finland is present . We have to rush the sample and booked by professional courier and it dint reach. It came back and when we asked nobody knows the reason. Even the customer care never reply and says the reason will be on the pack. But nothing is written. After a big fight they re-booked and tested our patience. After a month they never delivered and even the pack is still with them, they don't respond for mail and none of them are taking responsibility.
May i have to move to the court which i am planning to. Even a mail with all the harsh words dint give any response. Very poor service and even they are not ready to answer our problems and even a threat that we will go to court or news paper they are not bothered and say go to hell, we don't mind. Very worst service.
Please be aware and never depend on them in emergency.
