I sent a parcel through this courier service( No.ptp407775) trusting it completely from puttaparthy to chennai. they had promised me to deliver within two days. it has been a week now and still it has not reached. the concerned office personnel doesnot respond to the phone calls and when contacted personally, behaves very ignorant.
I am very very dissappointed with this courier service. the parcel was very important.
