We have sent a parcel Delhi to Pune No. DEL505206226 on 14th By Air. Today is 19th and its still not been delivered so far.
On inquiring at the Pune office one Mr.Sanjay (Phone 9921238350) who was very rude an uncooperative said that the packet has come today but I have no delivery man so you come and collect it yourself. Highly disappointing 3rd rate and UNPROFESSIONAL service I must say.
