This is the worst courier service I have been known from my personal experiences. They will never deliver the consignment in time. Customer care will not answer your queries. People doesn't know the addresses even after mentioning door no's and clear details.
If you provide a phone no also, no one will bother to call. Charges also very high when compared to other couriers. This is my personal experience. This is the worst courier service I have been known from my personal experiences.
