My order(No.31103362788155) was not delivered even after 13 days even after almost placing a complaint to customer care on every single day.Finally, I had to cancel the order since they were not even ready to say when are they going to deliver it. And to top a;; this, my order has not been cancelled even after 2 days and after it hopefully gets cancelled it will require another 8 days to refund my money. Any other good site would deliver it within 5 days. This is the worst ever service I have experienced.
Congrats The MobileStore for setting a new benchmark in bad service.
