My vehicle had a accident and had to be sent to Mithra Agencies located near RTX X Road as that was the nearest maruti Workshop usually I give at Varun Motors.
Thats when my problems started the work done by them was worst and I had to make repeated visits and had to do self inspection of my vehicle if all the fitments were done as there were many missing like they did not fit the steering boot, the Doorpad screws, The Wiper clips, The Dicky Carper clips is to mention a few and even the vehicle was not properly cleaned during delivery and I had to go again to them.
This Mithra Agencies is a very bad dealer who does not have a customer care department and when you go to collet your vehicle you have to search for the supervisor who is handling your vehicle. I had a very bitter experience with Mithra Agencies.
