The Martian is a scifi book written by Andy Weir. Mark Watney is an Astronout and botanist. For some reasons he is left behind on Mars by his crew. For the next manned to arrive it will take 3 years, so he need to survive for 3 years with food that will last for 35 days. He uses his botany skills to grow plans on mars. Things never go as planned. The Red planet always wanted Mark to die. He uses his knowledge to survive, which is very well depicted in this book. The entire story is told by Mark in the form of logs.
A must read for everyone who like scifi and how a man survived on mars with nothing.
