Conjuring 1 had enough spooky moments that can keep you at the edge of the seat all the while. However conjuring 2 fails to create an impact.
The latter focusses more on trying to clear out the doubts which people had regarding the authenticity of the haunted stories rather than scaring the wits out of you!
The Warrens( Patrick Wilson and Vera farmiga) return after investigating the Amityville hauntings, and find themselves amidst the Enfield Poltergiest . Enfield hauntings involve sequence of mysterious happenings in a house where a divorced lady lives with her four children. The young child Janet Hudgson who is possessed by the spirit acts brilliantly in this not-so-pacy narrative!
The story drags and its the length of this movie where it suffers. The film tries clearing the popular belief that the hauntings are nothing but a hoax! And you start losing interest in the story.
