I have been working for the company since past one and a half years and my performance was quite good as compared to the other employees working in the same designation . The promotion and growth rate in the company in very high and that thinking is only of the company because I didn't find any growth opportunities till now and the person who are licking the legs of the managers are going up without any problems and without any performance.
The company is not thinking about it's employees who are productive and honest. The food facilities inside the campus is costly and of bad quality. And the pick and drop facility is the worst thing I found. As a suggestion I Wil tell you to join the company if all the doors are close and you have no any problem like working as a Labour. The incentive are even worst thing of the company which only meant for taking out the last drop of blood from there employees.
