I recently took a new uninor connection. They were offering attractive call prices so I went for it. I took the connection . The sim cost is very less.
The total pack comes for Rs 55 out of which you get Rs 44 as talktime . The retailer told me that the connection would be activated within 2 hours. I waited till evening But it was still not activated. I couldn't even contact to the customer care . I called the customer care through my other mobile .
They told that the sim was in initial status and it would get activated soon. The next day I checked and the sim was still not activated. I called them up again and now they started telling that the documents were not properly submitted. I got frustrated with these guys( remember I was getting charged to talking to these fellows). I again called up and now they told that it was the retailers fault and they would rectify it soon . I went to the retailer and asked him, he told me that he had sent the message to the officials. But still no activation. I have already shelled out Rs40 talking to the customer care. I am thinking of discarding the sim.
I facing so many hurdles for just activating the connection. I cant imagine how I can live with this connection .
