Telenor have not a good coverage in all area it serve.Its signal are so weak that when we try to connect to its network it does not give any response and we got call drop in rural areas.Only in urban areas its network somewhere good and that areas many people undergo through this network.
When any connection going to be possible we talk to costumer support but they did n't give exact answer that we ask to them .They always try to demonstrate their company's tariff that they give details about their monthly or weekly plans.
Its charges are not so eexpensive but at that prices it does not give a better plans that suitable to customers choices and its billing is not easy to understand when we take any monthly plans.It give services at low prices but these are not comfortable to customer's convenience.
