Wishing you all the very best telenor. and expecting more better service from your side as well.
I was using uninor from very long time at ahmedabad, gujarat. and uninor is now telenor. I am not telling that telenor is the best but some points of that service attract me so much and at some points they need to improve very much
CALL RATES: call rates are very law than any other service provider. and the tariff plans based on minutes and seconds are the best part of that service. every month very attractive calling offer is given by them. which gives your pocket friendly calling. calling is the best part of that service.
TOP UPS: they are very good at top up plans as well. much time they gives full talktime. which is also a good thing of that service provider.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: customer service is always supportive and you need not to wait for longer time to connect with customer care executive. the overall experience is good till date. and issues are resolved comparatively.
NETWORK: they need to work a lot on that point. they are doing well and covering more and more areas but due to network weakness you will suffer from voice disturbance and sometime coverage problem also occurs. they need to work on that.
INTERNET: they only provides 2g service and not providing 3g services. 2G plans rates are cheaper than others but the strength of network is weaker than other network provider. other network providers are planning to give 4G services. so telenor should at list plan to provide good 2G speed as well as buying 3G spectrum.
PLANS: calling plans and internet plans are very attractive and cheaper than other network providers.
WHY TO USE THAT: I will strongly recommend that service for it's calling plans and customer service. very cheap call rates are the best part of that service.
WHY NOT TO USE: if you are looking to use internet on that service provider do not choose that one. and the network coverage is an average for excellent network coverage you can choose other services as well.
