Very very very worst and bad service. They know how to f__k money from customers. Plz dont take this one
They use to give nice offers. They use to deduct money from our account like any thing by activating the different offers in our mobile.
Even though if we call to customer care they wont give any proper response about it. They know only one thing i.e., wat ever the offer is activated in ur mobile that is activated from ur side only. We are not responsible for that.
Before one month back i received a message that friends chat service is activated and they deducted 30rs from account.
At that time i called to customer care they are saying that offer is activated from ur phone only. We are not responsible for that. If u dont want that offer means we will deactivate that offer. By saying like that they deactivated that offer and they deducted money.
Right now i am using nokia 2600 mobile phone which didnt have any camera or fm or mp3 options.I got a msg from uninor that hot videos service activated in ur mobile and they deducted 10rs from my mobile.
When I called customer care they are saying that from my side only this offer is activated. So that if u want means u can keep that offer other wise u can deactivate that offer from our side.
Those customer care fellows dont know how to treat with a customer also.
