I was attracted towards Telenor for its terrif and data plans cheaper than other rivals.But after using it for 5 months I am really going to throw it in dustbin.
Talking about its network coverage, its pathetic, very pathetic.They provide free Telenor to Telenor calls terrif but it could not be possible without the network coverage.I think Telenor has got the maximum chances of Call Drops.
Its 'Customer Service' is also nowhere different from its Network Coverage. They hardly respond about the problems facing by the customers. The gap of the customer and the service provider in Telenor is so much that you cannot find in any other company.
Now the interesting one- 'Charging and Bill'. No doubt Telenor is providing the cheapest plans for you. The terrif plans are good, Data plans are too good, SMS plans are also good. They have also come with many attractive schemes.
The things for which I dislike it are the 'Ugly Network Coverage' and ' Customer Service' which are really very very poor.
