TELENOR-TheMobile operator for business promotions. Review on Telenor Mobile Operator

According to **telenor**, it is the mobile operator which is used only for business promotions. I am using telenor since 2 years . I had very worst experiences with the telenor. the main problem is signal. very low signal. besides that the most frustrating thing is the business promotions and activating **VAS services** without permission. I want to tell you the main frustrating thing while using telenor, it is about the **VAS**, when I receive a call from telenor operator I would simply reject it. but once unfortunately I answered the call and ended the call without activating any offer. but after that I got a reply that thank you acting VAS services. I shocked and immediately contacted the customer. they told me that I had only activated the offer and there is no such system to activate it automatically. ok I thought it was my mistake and left the matter, and the next day I had received another call, I just want to check it and answered the call and I listened the call simply end the call. and again the same message repeats from them i.e, thank you activating some vas services. I was shocked again and immediately contaced them and they were very rudeless and even didnot listened to me, I have contaced them for 3 times in a gap of 10 days for the same issue. they gave the same reply without listening to me. after that I got an idea to record the call from lifting to end of the call. I have successfully recorded the call that they are activating the vas services without my permission. I simply called to customer support and tell them the same issue again. first they didnot listen to me then I asked to give written proof from them that they are not activating the vas services automatically, that simply denied it and said that they are just customer support only. I got confidence and I told them that I have video proof of the issue I am complaining about and told them that I would file a case against them in consumer court. they said that they will contact their higher authorities and did not even replied back and that was the last time I have used telenor and from then I threw my 3 telenor sims out and changed to another operator and very happy with them. I suggest you not to use telenor for such waste offers.
