I bought a telenor sim before two years. Reason of buying this sim was one and only it's lowest price, lowest call and sms rates.
No doubt, telenor provides it's service on lowest price. It atracted customers very much. But people accepted this as secondry sim. People never accepted this as primary sim. Because you can not fight in market having one and only reason low pricing.
For a responsible mobile operator , only low pricing factor can not give success. People need such a mobile network which provides best signal, good speed of internet , quality of calles and suffering in city and rural both areas. And telenor could not improve itself in all of these services.
so I can say people used to hope that telenor will improve it's quality and signals. But telenor was fully unsuccessful in improving it self.
I hope we will see improved telenor soon.
