I never usually write bad about a company but teesort forced me. I ordered the best selling combo on august 4th 2012 n the money got debited instantly but they said order was a failure, after numerous mails finally on august 8 they said my transaction was valid n id get the tees soon. I called them on august 16 to find they still hadn't dispatched my shipment.
I contacted Atul, the CEO who cared to reply once n he never ever looked into the issue after that.worse they never take phone calls or reply mails. I had to call for 3 days for them to take a call n give irresponsible answers. They finally sent me a mail on 20th august saying they had sent through aramex services and gave me a tracking no. But like teesort aramex too never answers your calls. Just answering machine, you can never speak to an executive. Its august 28th today n still I haven't received my shipment.
24 days and still not delivered that too within India? Isn't that strange? Thats teesort for you. If you feel like losing money, check out teesort.com.
