I've been using Techvedic about 3 years and have never been disappointed with their service & support. They have saved my lappy several times and always got upto the mark service from Techvedic. I do not have to take my Laptop anywhere or wait for someone to come to my house. In addition, I get quarterly free tune ups service which have really helped my computers performance and the daily back ups minimize any issues. I don't want to say much more but I have good experiences with this company.
